Anthony Franchi, Jr.
Chief Operating Officer
Anthony ("Tony") Franchi, Jr., Administrator of The Ellis, brings over forty (40) years experience in managing Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Inspired by family and his inherent sensitivity to the healthcare needs of society's most vulnerable - the elderly - he was drawn to a career in long-term care, working first in many supportive positions and then culminating as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
"My introduction to nursing homes at age 16, working as a housekeeper at our sister facility, The Ellis, during summer and school vacations, mapped my career purpose in serving the elderly. As the Chief Operating Officer entrusted to oversee the well-being of our residents, I always welcome the input of family and loved ones."

Matthew Ryan
Regional Director of Clinical Services
Matt graduated from Brockton Hospital School of Nursing in 1996. He has been an RN for 29 years, of which 28 years have been dedicated to learning and enjoying the residents in long-term care in Skilled Facilities.
Matt has over 10 years experience as a Director and/or regional work for nursing facilities in multiple states. He is VORHA wound certified, CMS Infection Preventionist Certified as well as Serve Safe Manager Certified.

Temitope (Tem) Shodunke
Administrator
Temitope Shodunke, an experienced nursing home administrator with over seven years in the field, is dedicated to providing high-quality care for the geriatric population. Tem is married to Kemi Shodunke and is a proud father of two daughters.
"I enjoy music, traveling, and reading in my free time. I am passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others through my work and personal interactions. "

Natasha Blair, BSN, RN
Director of Nursing
Natasha joined the The Ellis Rehabilitation & Nursing Center team in October 2025 as its Director of Nursing. In this role, she oversees the nursing staff and ensures all residents receive comprehensive, high-quality and compassionate care. Natasha has nearly 10 years of nursing experience with a focus on long-term care.
Prior to joining The Ellis, Natasha was the Director of Nursing at Maristhill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Waltham. Before that she held the Director of Nursing Service role at Charlwell House Rehabilitation Center and Nursing in Norwood, Mass. She also held Assistant Director of Nursing roles at Presentation Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Brighton, Mass. and Wingate Residences at Needham in Needham, Mass.
Natasha earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or BSN, from Labouré College of Health Care in Milton, Mass.

Robert Dundon
Regional Director of Human Resources
Robert began his career in Healthcare twenty-one years ago as a Receptionist at a Nursing home in Randolph Ma. He gradually advanced to Accounts Payable, Medical Records, Central Supply, Assistant Business Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO of the very company where he started his career. Fifteen years ago, he advanced to Payroll and Human Resources with Kindred Healthcare and found the field he enjoyed and loved.
"I grew up in Nursing Homes as my mother worked as a Nurse and my sister was a Business Office Manager, so I believe it’s in my blood. I started at The Ellis in May of 2025 and now serve as the Regional Director of Human Resources, overseeing both The Ellis and Meadow Green. I feel right at home here with the amazing management team."

Min Keung Song, MD
Medical Director
We are proud to announce our partnership with Dr. Min Keung Song.
Dr.Song, MD, MPH, CMD currently serves as the Geriatric Medical Director at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital- Milton. He specializes in geriatric primary care, consultation, and long-term care with previous experience working in hospice. Dr. Song maintains a primary care practice on-site at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton.

Sherry Williams
Director, Admissions
Sherry Williams was raised in Southern Illinois then resided for 22 years outside of Chicago. She moved to Massachusetts from Illinois in 2023 to be near her grandchildren and their parents.
Being raised in the Midwest with her family roots in the deep south, manners and hospitality run very deep. Sherry has 25 years of experience in acute and subacute rehab facilities. Prior to her rehab experience, she had an additional 25 years of bookkeeping experience, with 15 of those years in a medical setting.
"I have a passion for educating and assisting residents and families in making informed decisions. My expertise is in navigating Medicare and insurance issues to ultimately obtain quality rehabilitation and long-term placement."

Andrea Riobe
Food Services Director
Andrea started as a Food service manager 26 years ago, although she has been in healthcare for over 35+ years. She has Certifications in Allergen Awareness, Safe Serve and has her degree in Food Service Management.
" I love power walking and enjoy spending time with my three children and two grandchildren. I started at The Ellis in 2016 and have enjoyed the last nine years working with the patients, staff and management here."

Deyo Sylla
Accounts Receivable and Billing
Deyo joined The Ellis Rehab & Nursing Center in 2021 as the Accounts Receivable Manager. She brings 39 years of experience in Business Office operations, including Payroll and Human Resources management. Deyo also offers a developed expertise in Revenue Cycle management and Cash and Aging analysis.
"I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hunter College of the City University of New York. I enjoy traveling, cultures and spending time with family."

Christine Tedeschi
Director of Activities
Christine has been in the healthcare industry since 1994. She began working in a nursing home in her home town of Milton, when her grandmother had fallen and needed rehabilitation. Christine started working as a Receptionist and advanced to the Business Office and finally, to Activities Assistant, which she believes was her calling. Christine has experience with Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, running an Alzheimer’s day program at that facility for years. After 26 years at that facility, she decided to work at The Ellis.
" I have been at The Ellis since 2017 as an Assistant and was promoted to Activities Director in May of 2023. Being part of The Ellis team has been the most rewarding experience for me. I look at the residents as my family, and their quality of life is most important to me."

Saskia Devaney
Director of Rehabilitation. Speech Language Pathologist
Saskia has been working in Skilled Nursing Facilities since 2019 as a Speech Language Pathologist and as a Rehabilitation Director since 2021. She oversees physical, occupational, and speech therapy services provided to short term patients and long-term residents within The Ellis.
"I am passionate about improving an individual’s quality of life through physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. I'm a new mom as of December 2024 and have enjoyed sharing the excitement of this phase of my life with my patients, residents, and colleagues."
