Anthony Franchi, Jr.
Executive Director
The Ellis Nursing & Rehabilitation Center welcomed Anthony (“Tony”), Jr. as the Administrator in December, 2018. Tony comes to The Ellis with over twenty (20) years experience in managing Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Inspired by family and his inherent sensitivity to the healthcare needs of society’s most vulnerable – the elderly - he was drawn to a career in long-term care, working first in many supportive positions and then culminating as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
“My introduction to nursing homes at age 16 years old, working at The Ellis as a housekeeper during summer and school vacations, mapped my career purpose in serving the elderly. As the Administrator entrusted to oversee the well-being of our residents, I always welcome the input of family and loved ones."
Min Keung Song, MD
Medical Director
We are proud to announce our partnership with Dr. Min Keung Song.
Dr.Song, MD, MPH, CMD currently serves as the Geriatric Medical Director at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital- Milton. He specializes in geriatric primary care, consultation, and long-term care with previous experience working in hospice. Dr. Song maintains a primary care practice on-site at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton.
Kamala Faulder
Director of Human Resources
Kamala joined the Ellis team in June of 2022 and bring with her years of experience in customer service and Human Resources. In addition, she earned her Associate and Bachelor’s degree in business administration at Southern New Hampshire University.
Kamala oversees the recruitment, hiring, and personnel policy at the Ellis and is honored to be a part of such a hardworking team and company.

Andrea Riobe
Food Service Director
Andrea is a reliable and experienced Food Service Director who manages our Dining Room services and creates innovative menus for residents. She is adept at maintaining a reliable serving staff and acts as the liaison between the staff and residents. She is a most welcome addition to the staff here at The Ellis!
